The project promotes innovation, diversity, and general economic development by fostering sustainable growth and empowering women entrepreneurs in the technology industry in the United Arab Emirates.The Women in Tech accelerator programme, a component of a worldwide project running in nine countries, provides female entrepreneurs with a platform to realise their potential and get beyond obstacles while speeding their entrepreneurial endeavours. Creating a global network of strong women in the IT industry has been a great accomplishment for the programme.The partnership with DIFC Innovation Hub boosts the development of women-led enterprises by offering the chosen entrepreneurs assistance, mentoring, and access to seed money. Aspiring business owners can apply throughout the application period for a position in the programme; 10 businesses will eventually be chosen to participate.The selected entrepreneurs will begin a transforming journey, taking advantage of a specialised curriculum that combines instruction, in-depth seminars, and priceless mentorship chances created to meet their unique requirements. The project will come to a close with a much-anticipated Demo Day in October. The 10 female-led entrepreneurial teams will present their cutting-edge company plans to a panel of possible investors, subject matter authorities, and thought leaders during this event.The top three winners of the Women in Tech accelerator programme will get a combined $100,000 in equity-free seed money as well as visibility and networking opportunities, giving their companies a significant boost and encouraging development and expansion.Standard Chartered UAE's Chief Executive Officer, Rola Abu Manneh, expressed delight about the fifth phase of the program's renowned accelerator.
