Europe has been leading the race to gender inclusion in the workforce. In 2022, on an average, one in three executives in EU was a woman, bringing their representation up to 35 percent. According to data from the Eurostat database, women in Germany made up 29 percent of all executive positions. Latvia topped the EU list with a 45 percent proportion of female executives. Poland (43 percent), Sweden (42 percent) and Bulgaria (41 percent) showcased high number of women executives by EU standards.
If these numbers are anything to go by, then Europe is doing a better job at bringing women in the workforce and leadership roles that other regions.

She holds a degree in Marketing and Advertising and is also an economist. Specializing in branding and offering comprehensive services like digital, social media, PR, film and content production, Blaskó established ACG in 2004. Under her leadership, ACG became the World's Most Effective Independent Agency, ranking first in the Effie Effectiveness Index for four times including three consecutive years (2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018). In 2022, ACG became the second most effective agency in Europe. In addition to her achievements in business, Nikolett is an advocate for social responsibility, leading various charitable projects, including health awareness campaigns and actions against domestic violence.
