Women Finance Leaders are Highly Skilled & Result Oriented

In today’s constantly evolving tech-driven world, business is all about enabling growth through informed business decisions. The finance function is one of the most crucial support systems for a business as it entails making smart finance management and growth decisions, through sound bookkeeping and accounting (tax compliance and regulatory requirements), and thereby developing better revenue generation. This critical function is headed by the Head of Finance or Chief Finance Officer, who is an executive level officer tasked with oversees an organization's finances. The position comes with great responsibility and asks for the highest skillset.

For years the finance function has been caught up in a dichotomy. Although women are generally viewed to be shrewd with domestic finance, however the same does not translate to the world of finance.
