Governments, global organizations, institutions etc have been saying it all along and continue to echo this sentiment that educating women in not just benifitial for the woman in question, but it also positively impacts the community and country at large.

She brings a wealth of expertise in mathematics, analytics, risk modeling, and financial services. Her impressive qualifications include a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, with a notable publication in the esteemed journal, Nature. Before joining TNEX, Nga held significant positions such as Head of Advanced Analytics and Deputy CRO at MSB, Risk Model Expert at Rabobank Group, and Quantitative Risk Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank in The Netherlands.

We also feature the successful journey of Evelind Schecter, Director & Treasurer, Biochar Life, an alumnus of the prestigious Yale University. With an MBA in Finance and International Business, Evelind is applying her strong communication, leadership, and business operations management skills to lead initiatives that support sustainable community development and smallholder farmers in Africa and Asia.

At Biochar Life, she leads a global environmental program and sustainable agriculture initiatives to train farmers to avoid open-field burning and generate income by making biochar that can be used for fertilizer, soil decontamination, and other purposes. These women leaders are testament to the transformative power of quality education.
