Could you elaborate on the expertise you've honed as a business leader?
As a business leader, my expertise lies in fostering deep, genuine connections with people. I cherish the diversity of individuals I encounter, embracing friendships across cultures, religions, and backgrounds. When clients share their joys and struggles, I not only hear them but remember the details. It's about being present, caring, and extending support beyond professional realms.
Wearing multiple hats—from wealth planner to confidante—I navigate complex family dynamics with sensitivity and insight. Collaboration with tax advisors, asset managers, and others ensures comprehensive support for diverse client needs.

Can you provide an overview of TRUSTCONSULT (Suisse) SA and outline your responsibilities as its CEO?
TRUSTCONSULT Group was established in Luxembourg 21 years ago, and since then, we've expanded our reach to include offices in Belgium, Switzerland, Monaco, Dubai, and Hong Kong. I joined the company five years ago as CEO of Switzerland and Head of Private client for the Group. I am now proud to serve as a partner.
In my role, I bear the dual responsibility of ensuring our clients' needs are met impeccably while also cultivating a supportive and harmonious work environment for our team. This means not only navigating regulatory landscapes and tax matters with precision but also fostering genuine connections with our clients, understanding their unique circumstances, and providing tailored solutions.
Equally important is nurturing a positive workplace culture where every team member feels valued and motivated to excel. We operate like a close-knit family, with quarterly meetings across our various offices to foster collaboration and synergy.
What are the primary challenges you face in your current role as a business leader, and how do you navigate them?
The primary challenge I face as a business leader is navigating the constantly evolving landscape of regulatory and legal changes in our industry. With tax rules, legal regulations, and geopolitical tensions shifting, particularly with events like the Ukraine- Russia conflict, serving our diverse clientele becomes increasingly complex. Our clients, hailing from all corners of the globe, rely on us to provide them with sound advice and solutions amidst these uncertainties.
To overcome these challenges, we prioritize staying informed through attending global conferences, engaging in ongoing training, and maintaining regular communication with our team and clients are essential strategies.
What significant accomplishments have you achieved in your career, and what guiding principles have contributed to your success?
One of my most significant accomplishments in my career is maintaining long-term relationships with clients who have been with me since the beginning of my journey. Their continued trust and loyalty speak volumes about the quality of service I've provided over the years. Additionally, rising from a non-traditional educational background to become the CEO and now a partner of Switzerland for an international group is another achievement I take great pride in.
My guiding principles revolve around the power of communication and fearlessness. I firmly believe that effective communication can resolve any challenge, and I approach interactions with confidence, unimpressed by status or authority. I subscribe to the notion that one earns their luck through hard work, what you give to the world eventually returns to you.
How do you anticipate the future of women's participation in Europe's business sector? What strategies are essential for enhancing women's presence in senior leadership positions?
As a woman in the financial industry, particularly in Switzerland, I've witnessed firsthand the dominance of men in senior leadership roles. While it hasn't always been easy, I firmly believe that hard work and perseverance can break down gender barriers.
Europe, like many regions, can enhance women's participation in business leadership by implementing strategic initiatives. Mentorship programs and targeted leadership development opportunities can empower women to advance in their careers. Additionally, fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity within organizations is crucial. Furthermore, advocating for policy changes that support work-life balance, such as flexible scheduling and parental leave, can facilitate women's career progression.
Message for aspiring women leaders and entrepreneurs:
As a leader, it's essential to inspire and uplift the younger generation by lending an ear, offering support, and demonstrating that success is not defined by academic credentials but by dedication, resilience, and the ability to listen and learn.
