During my formative years, I developed an adventurous spirit and a passion for taking on new challenges. I embraced diverse roles and responsibilities across different countries, always striving to deliver exceptional results. My academic journey, including a bachelor's degree in economics in India and a prestigious BA Honours and Masters program at the University of Cambridge, shaped me as an individual. Transitioning between the Indian and UK academic systems presented both gratifying and challenging experiences, fueling my personal growth and creativity.
In my professional career, I began as a management trainee at Citibank and quickly progressed to an assistant manager. Seeking more exciting opportunities, I ventured into a forex trading firm in New York before returning to India's investment banking sector. There, I undertook engaging roles in state and national development, power projects, and more, ultimately rising to the position of vice president.
Seizing international opportunities, I joined Aon and Marsh in London, specializing in risk management and insurance broking. After six years, my journey then led me to Dubai, where I joined RAKBANK, leveraging my expertise in banking and insurance. In this role, I excelled in credit risk, operations, and various aspects of insurance and investment banking, leading teams and making valuable contributions to the business.
Taking on a significant role in Titan Corp, a small family office, I initially assumed the position of CFO and spearheaded the development of the company's gaming entertainment and blockchain-driven apps and games. Over the past three years, we achieved remarkable milestones, including the creation of an online casino platform, in-house IP games, and successful capital raising through token offerings on the blockchain. Our casino, featuring approximately 8,000 games, is scheduled to launch in August 2023, targeting a global market.

As the CEO of Titan Corp, I am a creative thought leader, responsible for the company's success. I bring the team together, foster brainstorming sessions, and encourage creative ideas. Collaboration and synergy are crucial as we work cohesively towards our goals. The expertise of our industry professionals is instrumental in driving our success.
I provide significant support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in building our network, particularly in affiliate and direct marketing. We regularly engage in brainstorming sessions to explore new strategies. Our non-hierarchical structure emphasizes defined roles and responsibilities while promoting teamwork and support.
My primary responsibility also involves leveraging capital markets, establishing efficient systems and integrations, obtaining licenses, and building a strong affiliate network. I prioritize supporting risk management and operations to ensure stability and growth. Motivating and inspiring our top management and core executive team is crucial for our collective success.

The key business challenge is ensuring accountability and transparency within an organization. To overcome this, I focus on teamwork, collaboration, and encouraging creative ideas. I emphasize taking ownership and delivering on tasks, holding regular meetings, and understanding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Each team member works towards a common goal and mission, understanding their impact on the business's success. To make people accountable, I provide endorsements, recognition, and equity stakes to key C level executives.
What have been your biggest professional ‘wins’ over the years?
The key wins in my professional journey include closing significant deals and capital raising achievements. I closed $50 million deals for Aon, placing facultative and treaty insurance business, and successfully closed large corporate businesses, including credit risk acquisitions for RAKBANK.
My recent milestones involve assembling the right team for a blockchain company, understanding market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and conducting thorough research. Adapting to different industries and comprehending the challenges and dynamics of each business have been significant milestones.
