Traditional methods rigidly pigeonhole individuals into predefined personality labels, stifling the complexity of human nature. This reductionist approach overlooks the fluidity of personal growth, impeding authentic self-discovery. Recognizing these limitations, a call for a holistic approach arises - one that embraces the dynamic nature of individuals, allowing them to evolve without constraints. By breaking free from rigid classifications, this approach fosters genuine self-expression and empowers individuals to navigate their unique journey of personal development. Acknowledging the pitfalls of conventional methods, Manna Abraham envisioned an inclusive approach, offering freedom for individuals to evolve without constraints.

Manna Abraham stands as the visionary Managing Director of Life Full Circle, an innovative venture that transcends traditional approaches to personal development and healing. With a rich tapestry of life experiences, Manna embarked on a transformative journey rooted in the intersection of mind, body, and spirit. Hailing from a background shaped by diverse cultural influences, Manna's journey led to the development of the Emotion Memory Pattern Release (EMPR) Method and the 27 Dimensions of Being, recognized globally as a groundbreaking trauma-informed modality. Below is an excerpt of Manna Abraham’s exclusive interaction with The Global Women Leader magazine.

Take us through the formative years of your life. What were some key early influences in life that shaped you as an individual?

My early years in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam were shaped by a blend of tradition and evolving perspectives. Education, a mantra passionately upheld by my grandmother, became my guiding light. Despite societal expectations for women, she championed education, stressing its transformative power. Losing my mother early on heightened the significance of education, and my grandmother's unwavering support fueled my academic journey to become a Chartered Accountant and CPA and travel the world. The spiritual environment and healthy religious debates led by my father who was an engineer but open to different realms of life, allowed my mind to wonder, question, and explore beyond logic and intelligence. The delicate balance of dependence and independence played a pivotal role in shaping my worldview. Beyond familial influences, the transformative words of Kiran Bedi and the concept of theosophy ‘temple of light’ echoed, propelling me to carve my path, a journey of self-discovery and resilience.

Introduce us to the concepts of the Emotion Memory Pattern Release (EMPR) Method and the 27 Dimensions of Being.

The Emotion Memory Pattern Release (EMPR) Method and the 27 Dimensions of Being encapsulate a profound approach to healing and self-discovery. While delving into mainstream practices of neuroscience and hypnosis, I discovered a gap in addressing the intricate interplay between emotions, memories, and patterns that shape individuals. The EMPR Method evolved as a unique gift, an amalgamation of understanding the human mind, body, and energy. It transcends conventional therapies by meticulously unraveling the threads of past traumas and biases embedded in our memories.

The 27 Dimensions of Being, a distinctive framework, offers a rapid understanding of individuals, fostering personal growth and enhancing relationships. This method doesn't require a psychology degree; instead, it empowers individuals to navigate their emotional landscapes, fostering impartial introspection and unbiased perception. Through this holistic approach, one achieves emotional independence and personal leadership, illuminating the path toward becoming a source of light for others. The EMPR Method and 27 Dimensions of Being aim to liberate individuals from longstanding struggles, providing a transformative journey towards profound self-awareness and empathetic understanding of others.

"Every Individual Holds The Potential For Cosmic Consciousness If Only They Draw Their Focus Inwards And It Begins With Continuous Self-Inquiry & Consistent Conscious Choice"

What led you to establish Life Full Circle? How do you aim to impact people’s lives through the company’s services?

Life Full Circle emerged from my journey and corporate observations, challenging the constraints of labeling individuals based on static personality assessments. Having witnessed the limitations of such categorizations, I envisioned a space where people could evolve without restrictive labels. The company strives to nurture magical beings by instilling belief in their limitless potential for transformation. Life Full Circle is a sanctuary where individuals are liberated from the shackles of memories, fostering swift personal growth. Our goal is to empower individuals to become leaders in their own lives, transcending societal notions of leadership. Through collective consciousness and egoless living, we aspire to impact lives one person at a time, creating a ripple effect that transforms families, generations, and society.

In your opinion what have been the biggest ‘wins’ that you have achieved so far in your professional journey? What is your success mantra?

In my professional journey, the monumental win has been the global recognition of the EMPR (Emotion Memory Pattern Release) Method and the 27 Dimensions of Being. Established as a pioneering trauma-informed modality, it has gained acknowledgment in 35 countries, resonating with the pressing needs of individuals worldwide. Witnessing its impact, my success extends beyond personal accolades to the creation of 30 practitioners globally, poised to catalyze positive transformations for years to come. My success mantra revolves around evolving with each life phase and embracing a collective duty. Beyond individual pursuits, it's about fostering a charged collective consciousness, marked by personal leadership, emotional independence, and a shared responsibility for each other's well-being, leaving a lasting mark through meaningful contributions to the collective happiness of humanity.
