The inception of Job Pair stemmed from my realization of the prevalent gaps in the job market. After eight years in the headhunting industry, I saw how traditional recruitment agencies prioritized top talents, neglecting the majority seeking positions crucial to business operations. Transitioning to personalized career counseling, I recognized the importance of understanding individual strengths, goals, and values for a perfect career fit. Witnessing high turnover rates due to cultural mismatches, I founded Job Pair to address this issue. Our platform assesses company culture, personal values, and compatibility between candidates and hiring managers, revolutionizing recruitment. Specializing in a comprehensive approach, Job Pair utilizes innovative matching algorithms and AI to facilitate meaningful connections, fostering long-term success for both candidates and companies. Life Designer, now known as Life Career Designer (LCD), emerged from a pivotal moment in 2017 sparked by a friend's Facebook post seeking career exploration courses for university students. This illuminated a prevalent issue in Taiwan's education system, which prioritizes academic achievements over nurturing individual interests and passions.
Fueled by this realization, I founded Life Designer with the vision of empowering individuals to unearth their true selves and discover their passions, strengths, and life goals. The core concept was to offer a platform for self-discovery and personal growth, enabling individuals to break free from societal norms and external pressures and instead pursue paths aligned with their authentic selves.
Initially focused on career exploration workshops, Life Designer provided participants with a space for introspection and self-reflection, aiding in clarifying aspirations and making informed career decisions. As Life Designer evolved, it expanded into career counseling, recognizing the need for ongoing support beyond initial exploration.
Moreover, Life Designer took a unique approach by integrating personal branding and business acumen into its training programs for career counselors. This holistic approach not only equipped counselors with necessary skills but also empowered them to build personal brands and effectively market services. As the Founder of both Job Pair and Life Career Designer, my responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, from strategic planning to operational management. These tasks can be categorized into several key areas. Firstly, strategic planning involves formulating long-term plans and vision for the brands, identifying market opportunities, and setting growth goals. Secondly, overseeing product development entails conceptualizing innovative offerings, conducting market research, and collaborating with teams to bring ideas to life.

From my perspective, the greatest triumphs in my career stem from two core principles: focus and passion. Despite initial uncertainty about my direction, I maintained a steadfast focus on addressing a central challenge: assisting individuals in finding fulfilling career paths. Along this journey, I've encountered numerous trials and errors, some resulting in failure while others in success. I've come to understand that sustained success often arises from a series of setbacks and achievements. Therefore, while Job Pair and Life Career Designer stand as notable milestones today, they are built upon a foundation of numerous failures, including ventures like the beslash Youtube channel and incomplete online courses.
Furthermore, passion has served as a driving force in navigating these challenges. Without passion, enduring repeated setbacks would have been insurmountable. Even during moments of stagnation or financial pressures necessitating engagement in other ventures, I remained steadfast in my commitment to my initial purpose. The fulfillment derived from aiding individuals in discovering their career paths fueled my perseverance.
