Both organizations are committed to enhancing the communities and providing opportunities for better lives.
On 14 August a memorandum of agreement was sir need for this partnership at the AIC office in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. The Connected Women's flagship program will be supported by the AIC. Elevate Aida, which provides free online training in data annotation and digital skills to women from vulnerable and underserved societal groups so they can be hired for positions in the burgeoning global artificial intelligence industry.
The unemployed graduates, non-working mothers, and college undergraduates from Davao have been focused on the program as a part of its initial phase before extending to the communities in targeted regions across Luzon and Visayas.
The Elevate Aida training program will include a mix of online and offline lessons in addition to on-the-job training. Additionally, a wide range of topics will be covered during this program which will include remote work practices, professional communication, and fundamental computer skills.
According to AIC, each of these skills is expendable within the context of the digital remote workspace. It also added that this program will foster a welcoming environment that promotes networking, collaboration, and mentorship ensuring the overall development of the participants.
