Under the TVET Sector Support Programme’s assistance, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s provincial government shall provide digital technological skills to 2000 women in the training programme’s 4th phase.
Regarding the connection, all stakeholders’ consultative workshop has taken place with Special Assistant KP CM on Industries, Commerce and Technical Education at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences). The chief guest of the meet was Abdul Karim Tordher.
The event has seen the presence of Usman Ghani, the Director at IMSciences along with institute’s teaching staff, Director General (DG) NAVTCC, universities’ representatives, GIZ, British Council, Academia, private sector experts and public sector authorities.
The experts addressed the workshop’s participants stressing over the unemployment elimination in the modern era while providing modern technology and digital training to young generation. With regards to this, it shall create linkage between the industry as well as academia important.
Also emphasizing on the need for technology-based expertise provision in order to meet the current era’s challenges while putting efforts should be implemented with an intent to prepare skilled talents equipping them with technology as per industry demands. This skilling programme for 2000 women will prepare them for the future challenges and make it easier for them to tackle the hurdles with proper knowledge.
