A new report has been published by AND Digital that reveals 90 percent of corporate workers being biased against women with gender bias still stays a significant issue in the contemporary realm of corporate.

The 'Rewards & Resilience' report includes surveys from more than 200 women leader working in tech roles, intending to underscore their successes as well as challenges in the industry. There is a significant number of women who are still facing discrimination even after the ongoing efforts of promoting equality and inclusivity in the workplace. This discrimination some way or the other, is hindering the professional growth and overall job satisfaction of these working women.

Getting manifested in numerous forms like unequal pay, limited opportunities and many more, these biases are encouraging everyday microaggressions and undermining behaviors.

'Let It Go' Author, Dame Stephanie Shirley has endorsed the report and said, “This report celebrates the achievements and accomplishments of senior female professionals; suggests a pathway for more women to achieve senior roles and it provides a roadmap for a more gender-diverse tech industry.”

Additionally, AND Digital’s London Hub Executive Wendy Stonefield added, “There's been huge progress if you look at the focus on bringing female talent through organisations. But I think in some cases it is forced, a case of people having to demonstrate progress because clients are demanding it. People need to be much more aware of the cultures they create and recognise that bringing real diversity to the table is no longer optional."
