AIA Cambodia Recognized for Excellence with Five Industry Awards

• The insurance company has collaborated with Ministry of Women’s Affairs to advance gender equality and women’s rights
• Awards align with company’s upcoming theme and endeavour to create exceptional workplace with a difference

AIA Cambodia Life Insurance Plc, has been honoured with five significant awards from HR Asia, achieving a commendable five-year steak as one of Asia’s top employers.

Facilitated by the award, AIA Cambodia has now become the only Cambodian Life and Health Insurance company to attain this recognition in a fifth consecutive year from 2020-2024. Acknowledging top-tier HR Practices, HR Asia’s award celebrates businesses that create exceptional workplace and maintain high employee engagement level.

The company was also bestowed with its first-ever HR Asia ‘Sustainable Workplace Award’, prioritizing sustainability and environmental responsibility in their business operations. Acknowledged with ‘Community Innovative Award 2024’ (ACES), AIA Cambodia was also celebrated for implementing high-impact strategies. Reflecting its 2025 theme, ’Making a Difference’, these awards further commit to AIA Group’s AIA One Billion initiative, driving change for one billion Asians by 2030.

Awarded for impact, the insurance company’s recognition stems from “AIA Fit for Hope 2024” breast cancer awareness project and its partnership with MoWA on the “Promote Health and Financial Wellbeing for Cambodian Women” initiative.
