AND Digital report reveals tech industry’s women continue to face Imposter syndrome. It mentions a 22 percent of tech women feel that they succeeded in their roles and that is because of their tenacious belief towards accepting that they don’t deserve their accomplishments.

The report says that this particular psychological pattern majorly leads to lose confidence and self-doubt even after accomplishing bigger things and qualifications. In contrast, 78 percent of women leaders serving in technology roles believe that they have become successful in their positions. A proportion woman amongst these women leaders also believe that they have succeeded with their increasing age, as per the report.

AND Digital’s Hub Executive for London Wendy Stonefield stated, “You need to let go of your doubts and insecurities. It's common for women to feel less confident and not proficient enough—it's so common. Yes, we need to stay current and keep learning, but we also have many other skills that make us well-rounded and able to operate at the next level within technology.”

The above-mentioned findings were published in new 'Rewards & Resilience' report of AND Digital which involved the survey of more than 200 women leaders serving in tech roles.
