Applications Open for fifth edition of SIGA's Women Global Mentorship program

The fifth edition of Sports Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA), which aims to develop future leaders and greater gender equity in the boardroom, has started accepting applications for its 2023/24 mentorship program for women.

Over 200 female leaders have received mentorship from this initiative, SIGA. The current edition of this initiative aims to increase its 50 global mentors to 100 mentors.

SIGA was first introduced in 2018 which allowed the mentees to build relations with those women who are leaders in global sports and boardrooms and also taught them leadership skills. This initiative is offered by a combination of bilateral and group digital sessions. Women over the age of 24 can apply for this program till June 30.

The initiative will begin on September 2023 and run for six months, it will include:

1. 8 x Group digital workshops with notable guest speakers who will speak on the topics like:

• Athlete Transition
• The mentees will vote for the Bonus Topic
• Goal Setting
• Good Governance in Sport
• Leadership and Integrity
• Male Champions
• Mental Health
• Sexual Harassment & Discrimination in Sport

1. One of the #SIGAWomen Global Mentors will pair for up to 6 Bilateral sessions.
2. Complimentary Digital Pass for the Summit in Female Leadership in Sport which will commence from 8 to 9 March 2024, a Hybrid Event
3. Opportunity to contribute to the monthly #SIGAWoWShow
4. Complimentary Digital participation in SIGA's flagship thought leadership event, Sports Integrity Week held in September 2023, and access to the person #WoW Lounge
