Azerbaijan's YEAs organize Set of Events for Women Entrepreneurs

Azerbaijan’s Young European Ambassadors (YEA) organizes a set of events for a span of 2 days i.e., March 25 and 26, 2024 with a commitment to empower women in the business world and promote gender equality in addition to fostering an inclusive business environment.

On the first of the LadyBees event which was held in Ganja, the ambassadors offered a platform in order to start a discussion over common stereotypes that hampers women’s development in business. Likewise, the 2^nd day of the event i.e., EntreSHEpreneur workshop was held in Sumgait that focused on providing practical business strategies to women entrepreneurs in addition to empowering them with success story of female YEA entrepreneur.

Followed by the success of the two-day event, EuroClub Baku is all set to have an event on March 30, 2024, which shall focus entirely on eliminating barriers that women face in the recruitment process. The event shall allow the participants to enlighten the audience with their experiences as well.

These series of events shall give female entrepreneurs the relevant information regarding their business and help to understand the strategies in addition to tools for the growth of their business in the market. YEA’s this initiative turns out to be a great success.
