The WXN Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards, first presented in 2003, recognize extraordinary achievements by women executives in a variety of industries. The Diversity Council of Canada inside WXN selects the honorees, and the acknowledgment not only recognizes individual successes but also encourages women to continue pushing boundaries and breaking new territory.

BMO's commitment to achieving gender parity and encouraging women's financial success is further evidenced by its collaborations, grant programs, and initiatives focused at advancing gender parity and fostering women's financial success. The bank's dedication extends to encouraging female entrepreneurs, stimulating innovation, and promoting business inclusion.
