BOSS Network celebrates 15 Years of Commitment to Black Women Entrepreneurs

The BOSS Network has marked a milestone by celebrating fifteen years of commitment and dedication towards uplifting Black women entrepreneurs. Founded in 2009, the network caters in Professional Organizations and has its headquarters in Chicago, with specialities in business, career, black women, women of color, finance, events and networking etc.

The firm has been founded and led by Dr. Cameka Smith and has served as a testament to change and empowerment in the society. It has provided assistance to more than 200,000 Black women business owners across the nation.

The network has dedicated itself towards eliminating the barrier that are stopping black women from becoming successful ones in the business landscape. By designing initiatives that will help these women to grow in a certain way and acquire success is the foremost aim of the network.

In addition, the BOSS stand for Bringing Out Successful Sisters. Their mission is towards promoting the small business that are led and owned by women of color. They help in digital content, programs, as well as event-based networking. So, the celebrations marks as significant milestone for them to cherish all those women who have taken the initiative of exploring the realm of business.
