CABEI emphasises Salvadoran Women Entrepreneurs' Business Development

XIII CreceMujer 2024 Congress has been held by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration’s (CABEI) support, with an intent to promote knowledge and innovation for the Salvadoran women entrepreneurs’ business development by providing practical tools.

The congress kept its focus on leadership and personal development topics alongside business growth trends, innovation, and digital tools, under the Voces Vitales El Salvador organisation. Later, self-care importance as well as women’s well-being has been highlighted in order to perform their multiple roles.

A platform named ‘CreceMujer’ provides better opportunities for all the leaders serving in corporate and business, intending to exchange experience in addition to best practices that can make an additional contribution towards closing gender gaps in employment, financing, and capacity building.

Followed by CABEI’s participation in Women’s Empowerment Panel, it presented several financial solutions that is being offered through products and programs, having a focus on gender specifically the Financial Intermediation Program “Business Financing for Women (FEM)”. Moreover, FEM has its focus on promoting women’s empowerment and economic autonomy while making contribution towards regional economic development along with integration process, in terms of gender. This significant step serves as light for change that can bring better opportunities for women in the first place.
