A global leader in imaging solutions, Canon has successfully concluded an initiative entitled ‘Women Who Empower’. The initiative was in a collaboration with the Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC).
The ‘Women Who Empower’ was a 2-month program which was initiated to empower women in the print and imaging sectors. The event took place at Dubai Chamber on May 21, 2024. The event was attended by the program participants and guest that includes industry leaders and senior executives from DBWC and Canon.
Printing, photography, and content creation were the three modules covered during the program which was designed in such a way that could equip the 25 participants with valuable skills and knowledge.
-Nahla Al Fahad was leading the content creation curriculum. Nahla is an award-winning Emirati film director and producer.
-Jorge Ferrari was leading the photography curriculum. Jorge is leading sport, action, commercial photographer, and a Canon Ambassador.
-Ayman Ali was leading printing module. Ayman is a Marketing Director in B2B at Canon Middle East.
Dubai Business Women Council’s Business Development Manager, Nadine Halabi stated, “We are thrilled with the success achieved through our collaboration with Canon.
