Caroline Brown Named Global Brand President of VF Corporation

Caroline Brown has been named as global brand president of The North Face by VF Corporation which will be effective from June 10, 2024. Having worked with 15 years in Nike, Nicole Otto was appointed at the position previously in the year 2022. Caroline succeeds him and takes up the position.

Prior to her promotion, Caroline Brown was a member at the firm’s Board of Directors which she joined in February, 2024. In addition to VF Corporation, she is also a member of Board of Directors at EILEEN FISHER, INC. for over 2 years now.

Caroline is also a former Managing Director at Closed Loop Partners and a former CEO, Donna Karan International at LVMH. She also volunteers as the Advisory Board Member, MIT Sloan School of Management Sustainability Initiative at MIT Sloan School of Management from last 10 months.
