Central Pacific Bank Welcomes Third Cohort of Women Entrepreneurs in WE by Rising Tide Program

The launch of the third cohort of women entrepreneurs taking part in the incredibly popular WE by Rising Tide programme has been announced with pride by the Central Pacific Bank Foundation. The Patsy T. Mink Centre for Business and Leadership, together with the Central Pacific Bank Foundation, are working together to support the programme.

The 11-session WE by Rising Tide programme was created with the goal of equipping female entrepreneurs with the necessary knowledge and tools to thrive in the corporate world. The program's objectives include fostering beneficial networking opportunities with seasoned business people, improving financial management skills, and developing efficient marketing tactics.

According to Susan Utsugi, Senior Vice President of Business Banking at Central Pacific Bank Group and one of the program's founders, "The 20 talented women will enjoy connecting with other like-minded professionals and learning from industry experts to help grow their businesses."

The chosen entrepreneurs will participate in intensive training and mentoring sessions that will provide them the skills they need to accomplish their business goals and succeed in their respective sectors.

The WE by Rising Tide programme has received praise for its dedication to promoting gender equality and business landscape empowerment. The programme keeps helping Hawaii's women-owned businesses develop economically and succeed by offering helpful tools and mentoring.
