Baldi has two decades of driving results in humanitarian efforts and strategic growth. Most recently, she served as Chief Development & Communications Officer at Project HOPE where she launched a four-year initiative to rebuild the brand and grow global fundraising efforts. Previously, she led Mercy Corps's Mass Markets team, generating well over 67% of the agency's unrestricted revenue with innovative marketing strategies.

Her appointment comes at a time when Good360 is scaling its operations to unprecedented levels. Ranked 2 on Forbes' List of America's Top 100 Charities for two years running, the organization has distributed more than $21 billion in donated goods—thanks to partnerships with companies like Amazon, CVS Health, Levi Strauss & Co., and Mattel.
