Melanie W. Barstad and Karen L. Carnahan, renowned members of Cintas Corporation's (Nasdaq: CTAS) Board of Directors, have been named to WomenInc.'s prestigious 2023 Most Influential Corporate Board Directors list. The publications formally recognized this accolade on October 10, emphasizing their outstanding contributions to corporate governance and leadership.

Melanie is an independent director who has served on Cintas' Board of Directors since 2011. She is a member of the Board's Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.

Melanie joins the board with 23 years of experience in the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, where she served as President of Women's Health in the Medical Device and Diagnostics Division. This is her second appearance on WomenInc.'s list of the Most Influential Board Directors, having previously been awarded in 2019.

In 2019, Karen, another independent director, joined the Cintas Board of Directors. She serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.

Karen began as an accountant at Cintas in 1979 and ascended through the ranks to become Vice President, Treasurer, and President and COO of the company's old Document Management unit. Her services to Cintas have resulted in her inclusion on WomenInc.'s list of Most Influential Board Directors for the first time.

Cintas Executive Chairman Scott D. Farmer praised both directors, underlining their vital insights and leadership in the company's success throughout the years.

This honour underlines Cintas Corporation's dedication to diverse and talented leadership on its Board of Directors, and it recognizes the critical roles that Melanie and Karen have played in guiding the firm to success.
