On Monday, February 27, Clara Shih, CEO of Salesforce Service Cloud as well as the founder and board chair of Hearsay Systems, will provide a keynote address as a part of Bizwomen Mentoring. Some of the most influential and powerful women leaders will be present on the 10th annual program that day in 40 cities across the country where the participants will network.
The event is held in Altana at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, where a total of 50 mentors from various professions will be present for their mentees to guide them about one on one and group sessions, including short "speed coaching" rounds.
Ms. Clara is also very familiar with mentorship as she was a bright student in her academics. She pursued her higher studies at Stanford University where she was a topper.
Clara has been recognized as a "Young Global Leader" by the World Economic Forum, Fortune's "40 under 40" and "Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs". She is also the Director on the board of Starbucks Corp.
She concluded by stating that, right now you all need to bring people together and organize them around an important cause that is broader than any individual when she was asked "What does leadership means."
