Cosette Pharma Acquires Mayne Pharma to Solidify Leadership in Women's Health Market in U.S

Diversified pharmaceutical company, Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has made an announcement on February 20, 2025, revealing about entering into a definitive agreement with an intent towards acquiring an ASX-listed specialty pharmaceutical Company, Mayne Pharma Group Limited’s (ASX: Ticker MYX) (Mayne Pharma) all the outstanding shares at AUD$7.40/share, considering approximately USD $430 Million.

The transaction has been approved by both the company’s Boards of Directors. In addition, it has been unanimously recommended by the Board of Directors of Mayne Pharma stating that its shareholders vote in transaction favor. By the second quarter of 2025, the transaction is expected to conclude.
