Dang Thi Thanh Thuy appointed as the Country Leader of 3M Vietnam

The first female country leader of 3M Vietnam, Dang Thi Thanh Thuy hopes she can motivate young Vietnamese girls to pursue their goals and dreams. She will make sure to break the stereotypes by providing ample amount of opportunities for females. Dang wants to become a better version of herself being inspired by many brilliant and trailblazing female leaders in 3M.

During her leadership, she will collaborate closely with regional co-workers as well as the local teams in this position in accordance to complete the business transformation initiatives, increase the rate of development and provide bigger operational efficiencies.

Through the company's resource networks, Dang has an aim of advancing 3M's brand in the whole country. She also looks forward to strengthening diversity by implementing a positive work culture and further enhancing the equity and inclusion (DE&I) programmes.

To build a better future for the world, she plans to support global initiatives and mobilize local efforts through ongoing projects on environment, social, and governance (ESG).
