DBS & UKG appoint New Female CEOs, Encouraging Inclusivity

Supporting women leadership, DBS and UKG has appointed their new Female CEOs. Asia’s leading financial services group with a presence in 19 markets, DBS has selected Tan Su Shan as the first female CEO. She has succeeded Piyush Gupta. In addition, a global leader in HR technology, UKG has chosen Jennifer Morgan for CEO’s position, succeeding Chris Todd.

Founded in 1968, DBS serves in the Banking industry with specialities in Finance, providing a full range of services in consumer, SME as well as corporate banking.

Moreover, Tan Su Shan is a business development professional, having an extensive work experience the Leadership and asset management industry. She has also been honoured with Outsanding Private Banker of the Year 2013 by Private Banker International and Outstanding Individual Contribution to Asian Wealth Management by WealthBriefingAsia in the same year.

Catering in the Software Development, UKG is one of the leading HCM cloud companies today across the globe. Jennifer Morgan joined the company in 2021 in the Board of Directors and has been working with the firm since then. Prior to this, she was in the Board of Directors at Bumble for nearly 4 years, Board chair at Cvent for over a year, Board of Directors at Candle Media and much more.

Furthermore, the appointment of these two female leaders is going to be an example for all the aspiring women to pursue their dreams.
