Canada's premier virtual healthcare and wellness platform, Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. is acquiring a women health dedicated digital health and well-being platform, Koble Care’s certain assets in order to assist and aid women’s health.
The acquired assets include Koble's entire suite of proprietary content in addition to related software along with intellectual property. In addition, Dialogue Health Technologies has announced to amalgamate the platform’s expert content into Dialogue's Integrated Health Platform (IHP).
The Founder and CEO of Koble, Swati Matta shall also join as the Head of Women's Health in Dialogue's team. Swati’s extensive experience in the industry includes the leading healthcare CX platform, League and national telecommunications company, TELUS.
Moreover, Dialogue’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jean-Nicolas Guillemette says, “We are very proud to strengthen our support for the health of all women, providing a holistic and centralized approach that has the patient at its core. This aligns with how we currently help millions of Canadians improve their well-being.”
Canadian women certainly encounter mental health challenges in their workplace and those challenges are over-looked which shows the lack of mental health awareness in workplaces.
Swati remarked, “A few years ago, I embarked on a mission to bring equitable access to healthcare to all women. This is an exciting new chapter, as we bring critical resources to support millions of women through both challenging and rewarding periods of their lives", said Swati Matta, Founder and CEO of Koble. "I am thrilled to be joining the team at Dialogue to continue on this mission.”
