Dr. Lynne Lim Recognized at Cartier Women's Initiative Awards

Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards has recognized Singapore Dr. Lynne Lim during the celebration of innovation and social impact. The event took place at China’s Shenzhen on May 22, 2024.

With the theme of “Forces for Good”, celebrities like Karlie Kloss and Guo Jingjing also attended the event. The theme has perfectly encapsulated the event’s spirit with an idea to underscore the commitment made by global luxury brand in order to foster female leadership while nurturing transformative enterprises with an aim to build a more just and equitable world.

In addition, Dr. Lynne is a Member of Start-Ups Committee at Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed) for over a year now. She is also a Member at National University Singapore International Council from last 2 years and serves as a Founder and CEO at NousQ Pte Ltd. Simultaneously, she is also managing to be a Senior Consultant Ear Nose Throat Surgeon/ Doctor at Lynne Lim Ear Nose Throat & Hearing Centre (Child & Adult) and a Visiting Consultant at National University Hospital for last 20 years.

Moreover, she holds the NAFA Certification for Advanced Photography from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts which was issued to her in the year 2019.

She stated, “The belief that we can significantly impact people’s lives provides the perseverance needed to navigate the complexities of medical innovation and entrepreneurship. My motivation comes from a deep desire to make a tangible difference. This project started from seeing a direct need in the field, and it has evolved into a mission to improve surgical practices globally.”
