Dr. Veronica Raffo joins dLocal as Independent Board Member

High-growth markets specialized leading cross-border payment platform, dLocal has appointed Dr. Verónica Raffo as an independent board member. Her tenure with the firm started from March 18, 2024.

Dr. Verónica holds over 25 years of experience in advising a remarkable global clients list in addition to managing highly complex and sensitive cases while focusing on corporate issues along with dispute negotiation, compliance audits and corporate governance.

Dr. Verónica, while expressing herself, said, “I am honored to join dLocal's board of directors and serve on the Audit Committee. I strongly believe the company’s commitment to transparency and accountability will strengthen its performance even further.”

Dr. Verónica shall connect with the Audit Committee. She is a Ferrere partner, which is known to be one of the top legal firms in Uruguay and the region, that adds upto her distinguished track record of accomplishments.
