The Bureau Business Center, a new female-focused co-working space that is one of a kind in Dubai and the UAE, is situated in Building 6 of Gold & Diamond Park. It is a place committed to creating a community-oriented around the development of women both professionally and personally. For women from all areas of life as well as students, the Bureau provides meeting rooms, private offices, and coworking spaces, along with monthly or yearly membership options.

The Equiti metro station is only a two-minute walk away from Jones the Grocer Express, which is situated in The Bureau's center. It takes 15 minutes to get to the Mall of the Emirates by car. The store's operating hours are 8 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays. It serves approximately 90 retailers and 350 offices inside G&D Park.
