Dubai Women Establishment Board of Directors Meet to Discuss 2025 Initiatives

During the fourth meeting for 2024, Dubai Women Establishment’s (DWE) Board of Directors had discussions regarding the initiatives as well as projects that they want to executive on the first half of 2025. These initiatives are a part of the strategic plan 2023-2027 of the establishment.

This strategic plan aims towards professional and leadership capabilities enhancement of women employees in public, private and semi-government sectors as well, while contributing to assist the Emirate of Dubai and UAE in general’s economic growth.

President of the Dubai Women Establishment and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Court His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s wife, Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum stated, “In these efforts and initiatives that support women, we draw inspiration from the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, and his directives to provide all the elements to enable women to succeed and enhance their role in the comprehensive and sustainable development process.”

In addition, the Board of Directors reviewed the topics on the agenda during the meeting that also included few of the executive and leadership programmes that has been included in the work plan for the upcoming period.
