Emma Grede Joins BBC's Dragons' Den as First Black Female Investor

Emma Grede, a renowned successful entrepreneur and American television personality, has unveiled her new job as a Dragon on BBC's Dragons' Den. Grede, who is well-known as the first black female investor on the US edition of Shark Tank, brings a plethora of knowledge from the fashion and business worlds to the Den.
Emma, who hails from east London, began her career with an internship at Gucci after dropping out of fashion college. Her career took off when she founded ITB Worldwide, a talent marketing business that works with high-profile brands including H&M, TikTok, and YSL Beauty.
In 2009, she made history as the first black female investor to appear on Shark Tank. She is now set to appear on BBC's Dragons' Den with seasoned Dragons Peter Jones and Deborah Meaden, among others.
Emma expressed her delight for the post and stressed the value of having access to commercial prospects. With an estimated net worth of £282 million and various awards, including being included to Forbes' '30 Under 30' list, she offers a unique viewpoint to the Den.

Emma, who currently lives in her luxurious Bel Air estate with her husband Jens Grede, collaborates on a variety of projects, including Khloe Kardashian's fashion brand, Good American. They have four children.
