Energage Partners with Innovation Women to Recognize Women-Led Workplaces

With an intent to celebrate women-led workplaces, Energage has announced its partnership with Innovation Women. The organisations will be recognized in the month of October by Woman-Led Top Workplaces award.

Innovation Women’s publication for female entrepreneurs ‘Lioness Magazine’ will feature the awarded companies, inspiring others for the same. The key reason for giving the award includes value and appreciation of the employees in the organisation. The highest-ranking position of the organisation must be occupied by a woman in order to get qualified for the award.

Employee feedback forms will be circulated and, on that basis, the qualification process shall proceed. This form will also highlight standout employee experiences.
