Mumbai-based environmentalist Elsie Gabriel has been recognized for her extraordinary contributions to marine conservation and ocean literacy by being inducted into the renowned Women Divers Hall of Fame (WDHF) in the United States. Gabriel, the founder of the Young Environmentalists Programme Trust, joins an esteemed group of women divers who have made significant advancements in exploring and understanding the underwater world while prioritizing safety and enjoyment.
