Expo Centre Sharjah & SBWC signs Cooperation Agreement

A cooperation agreement has been signed between Expo Centre Sharjah and Sharjah Business Women Council (SBWC), with an intent to enhance the engagement of members of the council in specialised exhibitions that has been hosted by the centre itself.

The agreement has been made to amplify joint efforts in some of the key areas while having the aim at advancing the exhibition’s role as well as events sector, assisting women entrepreneurs with a focus on empowerment.

The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of Expo Centre Sharjah where the CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah Saif Mohammed Al Midfa and Director of SBWC Maryam Bin Al Shaikh made the agreement formalised with the presence of both side’s key officials.

Maryam Bin Al Shaikh said, “Sharjah Business Women Council spares no effort to launch new initiatives and embrace projects and agreements that foster the growth of its members, including innovative and leading entrepreneurs. Over the past years, these efforts have expanded our network with major international and local exhibitions and events, further enhancing the success of our members in their own businesses and careers.”

She added, “We extend our thanks and appreciation to Expo Centre Sharjah for its collaboration and ongoing support, which drives the emirate’s comprehensive and sustainable development. Emirati women actively play a crucial role in achieving Sharjah’s strategic objectives and aspirations across all levels.”
