Participants get specialised executive education, access to the worldwide Winning Women group, and admission to the EY global entrepreneurial ecosystem, which includes members of the Entrepreneur Of The Year® and EY Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN) programmes.

According to Cheryl Grise, EY Americas Industry and Solutions Leader and Executive Sponsor of the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women North America Programme, "women founders contribute trillions to the US economy, and studies have shown that when women are empowered, the economy grows."

"At EY, we believe that a rising tide lifts all boats, so women's success affects the success of all businesses." Over the last 16 years, the Winning Women programme has purposefully addressed societal gender-based challenges that frequently confront female entrepreneurs by providing these phenomenally talented businesspeople with greater access, guidance, and knowledge, which are the tools they require to continue to break the mould, inspire innovation, and be shamelessly ambitious. I welcome these women into the fold and look forward to seeing them accomplish much more."

"2023 has been filled with many economic ups and downs - from geopolitical unrest to interrupted supply chains to inflation - there has been plenty to make consumers tighten their belts," Maranda Bruckner, EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women North America Programme Leader, said. I commend these company executives for not only surviving but also exceeding growth and profit projections while others did not. They are excellent instances of becoming unstoppable and changing entire sectors. We are delighted to have them on board and congratulate them on their achievement."
