The EY organization has recently selected 24 accomplished women entrepreneurs for Asia-Pacific in its Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program, 2025. This tailored executive initiative identifies and supports high-potential business leaders who have built successful companies, equipping them with resources and networks needed to drive sustainable growth.
This year’s selected entrepreneurs are trailblazing business leaders committed to long-term success and scalability. Representing diverse markets across Asia-Pacific, they are embracing AI and innovation to redefine industries and drive change in a rapidly evolving world.
The participants helm fast-growing enterprises spanning technology, consumer products, real estate and design, and media and entertainment. In 2024, these businesses collectively generated over US$1.2 Billion in revenue and created employment for more than 11,000 individuals, according to EY analysis.
As a part of a worldwide EY initiative, the Asia-Pacific program contributes to a growing network of more than 1,000 women entrepreneurs. Since its inception in 2008, the program has expanded across 60+markets, empowering leaders in all industries.
