Playing a significant role in driving strategic initiatives, the female leaders of the hotel help in enhancing the guest experience while building an excellent culture, having skills as well extensive expertise that contributes to the property’s continued success and innovation.
Some of the female leaders in the group includes Stéphanie Timsit who brings more than 10 years of experience into the workforce, working as a Director of Operations; Maya Hoteit who has over 18 years of experience and serves as Director of Sales and Marketing; Selma Kasdan who has an excellent track record in leadership and revenue management works as Director of Revenue Management; Lynn Mhanna has more than 15 years of leadership experience, works as the Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing; Dalal Al Rabah who has excelled as an Assistant Sales Manager, currently working as Front Office Manager at the Fairmont group; and lastly, Martina Vlahovic who has previously managed 140 team members as a leader, works as Housekeeping Executive at present.
