The female business leaders are asked to enroll in a program supported by Lancashire County Council for its second phase. Currently, 13 female business owners and leaders in Lancashire are receiving guidance from Two Zero's Women Scaling Up which launched in September 2022. The program combines group learning, coaching, and mentoring. After the Lancashire County Council's Growing Women, Growing Lancashire report, the program was started. The report lists about the need to strengthen the country's assistance for women’s businesses.

The program was initially started due to a great demand for female business leaders worldwide. This program has started its second cohort with 12 new applicants. Through this Lancashire County Council, women who joined this have been funded two third of the scaleup support service.

Role is the Lancashire's business growth consultant which helps this program with decades of experience in supporting women-owned businesses. Wendy Bowers, the founder of Role and an expert in women's business leads this initiative along with Katy Mason who is a corporate executive coach and business consultant.

This program aims at assisting the scaleup leaders in learning and expanding their businesses by 20% and also creates job opportunities. The female entrepreneurs will be provided an initial year of support which includes boardroom lectures on important scale-up topics, executive coaching, a residential belief and resilience retreat at Whalley Abbey, as well as an outdoor activity day to keep tough goals and leadership skills.
