FirstTeam to launch "Powerful Women: Redefining Real Estate" Initiative

FirstTeam® has made significant progress after the appointment of its new all-female senior leadership team who are responsible for leading the growth of the company, achieving incoming recruits of $1 billion in 2024.

Founded in 1976, the company caters in the Real estate industry with headquarters in California, specialising in Full Service Real Estate Brokerage specializing in Residential, Commercial, and Investment Property.

In addition, after Michele Harrington became the CEO of the company in the late 2023, this progress has been an ambitious goal for her. The firm has regained the No. 1 market share with the all-women team in Orange County. It’s also launching the “Powerful Women: Redefining Real Estate” initiative, intending to inspire more women agents to voyage towards leadership positions.
