AI Startup, Aracor AI has successfully secured funding of $4.5 million from Miami-based Fuel Venture Capital. It makes use of artificial intelligence in order to automate contract reviews specifically for professionals working in the legal industry. The startup is an AI-native platform, backed by Constructor Group along with an advisory board of industry leaders.
Headquartered in Miami, Aracor AI caters in the Technology, Information and Internet industry with specialities in Legal Automation, Law Firm Technology, Legal Innovation, Legal Startups, Legal Tech, Future of Law, AI in Law, and Contract Review.
The entire focus of the startup is to utilize AI-powered tools with an intent towards analysing set of large documents while performing comprehensive contract reviews, allowing in-house legal teams to review thousands of pages of complex documents, quickly and accurately.
Moreover, the startup was founded by Katya Fisher who also serves as the CEO of the company. Currently, she is also the Executive Vice Chairman, Chief Legal Officer at Constructor Group from last 4 years. Simultaneously, she is working at Global Blockchain Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: GBBKU) as Board of Directors and at Florida State University College of Law as Adjunct Professor.
