In a complaint filed by Tubi's former Chief People Officer, Sarah Ekstrom stated that Fox Corp.'s streaming platform Tubi has performed gender discrimination by paying 28 percent less amount to its female executives as compared to its male workers also offering them fewer promotions.

Sarah has taken a proposed class-action lawsuit and mentioned that Tubi has fired her from the company after she complained about the company's treatment that she received for four months.

After she joined the company in February 2022, immediately she started to hear concerns from her female coworkers about their treatment and compensation.

Along with lower pay roles, the female employees even complained about the male coworker’s rude behavior, and they frequently treated them dismissively.

While on this lawsuit, the organization Tubi stated that they do not want to discuss the specifics but will "vigorously defend" the company against the allegations.

From a lawsuit in 2017 against the late Roger Ailes, former Chairman of Fox News Channel, to a complaint against Producer Tucker Carlson's former show, Fix has been accused of several sex discrimination and harassment lawsuits. The lawsuit also stated that the top "C-Suite" female executives have received the same payment as their male coworkers who were placed below them in the company.
