Geographic Expeditions, a seasoned travel organization with over 40 years of worldwide exploration expertise, is launching an exciting and unique women-only voyage. This program intends to promote gender equality and cultural interaction in Namibia, a country ranked ninth on the World Economic Forum's Global Gender Gap Index.
In October, the firm presented its first-ever women-focused itinerary, providing a unique chance for female visitors to discover Namibia's colourful culture and magnificent landscapes. Geographic Expeditions' Head of Product Development, Jenny Velasco, underlined the company's commitment to recognizing and promoting the many interests and views of female travelers. "We aim to provide an enriching experience that fosters unity and empowerment," she said.
Beginning on September 1, 2024, the tour will feature a variety of activities such as safari drives, nature walks, and flights over the stunning Skeleton Coast. In addition, visitors will have significant exchanges with local female craftsmen, entrepreneurs, and environmentalists.
The schedule includes a visit to the Little Bugs Early Childhood Development Centre as well as the chance to track black rhinoceros with a female ranger from the Save The Rhodo Trust. Travelers will also meet the remarkable ladies behind the Penduka Development Trust.
Geographic Expeditions' commitment to presenting this women-focused trip demonstrates its commitment to helping women, motivating learning, and making lasting relationships while discovering Namibia's little-known tale.
