Global Pitch Competition for Women Entrepreneurs for 2023 announced by TiE Boston

For the 2023 Global Pitch Competition for women entrepreneurs, TiE Boston is accepting submissions. Companies that have been shortlisted will go through sessions that are crucial for the expansion of their businesses and can take part in a variety of mentorship and networking events all year long. In November 2023, TiE Boston will send the First Place Winners to represent them in the international finals in Singapore.

The Boston Chapter Final will take place in August 2023, while the Singapore Global Final will take place in November 2023. Applications for the TiE Boston University Pitch Competition are due on June 15, 2023.

Sangeeta is a successful financial services executive who is passionate about assisting others in achieving financial wellness. She is passionate about mentoring, developing, and managing high-performing teams. Sangeeta believes that a leader's ultimate test is their ability to stimulate original thought and motivate followers to take action; this is what motivated her to collaborate with TiE Women as well.

The deadline to submit an application for the TiE Boston Women's Pitch Competition is June 15, 2023. All New England-based female entrepreneurs who hold at least 33% of the firm that was registered in January 2016 or later are eligible. Commercially viable products or services with revenues are desirable for non-bio enterprises.

An experienced jury panel will hear presentations from the shortlisted businesses as part of the competition before choosing the chapter (regional) winner. The winning team will then join the worldwide cohort that receives intensive coaching and mentorship from mentors from across the world. These mentorship workshops cover a wide range of entrepreneurship-related topics, including fundraising, financial modelling, value proposition definition, presentation design, and pitching.

The cohort then advances to the TiE University Global Pitch Competition where they compete for $100,000 in cash and in-kind awards while presenting to an international jury.
