A major golfer and Solheim Cup legend, Suzann Pettersen has entered the business of recruiting talent. Being a 15-time LPGA winner, the mother of two has recently launched a talent management group, Voxa which is focused on elevating women.
The name of the company was derived from a Latin word for ‘voice’ which will be reflecting on the mission of the group with an intent towards ensuring “every athlete’s unique story is heard, celebrated, and carried forward to create a lasting enduring legacy.”
This new venture is being assisted by a sports marketing agency, 54 (formerly Performance54) that has been intensely involved in LIV Golf staging and promotion alongside Aramco Team Series of LET amongst other initiatives that is backed by Saudi. In addition, the global reach of 54 includes London, Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Spain, UAE and Florida offices.
In a statement regarding her venture, Suzann stated, “This is obviously a world that I've lived and breathed for the last 20 years. So I know the pros and cons of every kind of agency out there, and I would not have done this if I didn't feel like we could make a different impact or a better impact, a bigger impact than what already exists. So yeah, super stoked.”
Her firm has been launched with a total of 5 players that includes a rising Chinese star, former No. 1 Ruoning Yin who’s 5 victories involve the 2023 KPMG Women’s PGA. victories include the 2023 KPMG Women’s PGA. Carlota Ciganda of Spain, who’s a close friend and Solheim Cup teammate of Suzann is also a new client alongside a good friend Gaby Lopez (Mexico), Shannon Tan (Singapore) and Ashley Lau (Malaysia).
