By: GWL Team | Monday, 11 September 2023

Google has announced the second cohort of the Google for Startups Accelerator: Women Founders program, which was selected from more than 300 applications received in May.
The Women Founders program aims to offer the best of Google's programs, products, people, and technology to early-stage, female-led Indian startups that are using technology to solve difficult problems with a positive impact on society.
The program will run for three months and provide startups in a range of industries, including but not limited to e-commerce, healthcare, education, and finance, with workshops, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The program will include workshops on customer acquisition, leadership, and product design.
With the ultimate goal of making technology useful and relevant to everyone, Google is driving this initiative to increase the representation of women in all fields of the digitally trained workforce in India, including entrepreneurship and professional upskilling.
