Great Place To Work Sri Lanka is all set organised the ‘Breaking Barriers: Women’s Development Journey’ event on February 28, 2025. The event shall continue from 09:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. and has been designed with an intent to provide tools, mindset and strategies to women for exceling in leadership roles.

Founded in 2013, Great Place To Work Sri Lanka caters in the Business Consulting and Services industry with specialities in Research and Consultancy, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Workplace Culture Events, Workplace Culture Assessment, Workplace Culture Insights and what not.

A multi-award-winning Global CEO and leadership expert, Senela Jayasuriya will be facilitating the event. This particular workshop put its focus on aiding females to overcome barriers while embracing their strengths and navigate challenges, ensuring that these women grow on personal and professional levels. It will also collocate expert-led discussions and interactive sessions in order to foster the next generation of female leaders.
