The "Grow It All Island" growth initiative has been formally announced, which is a big milestone for women entrepreneurs in Ireland and Northern Ireland. This initiative, co-launched by Women in Business Northern Ireland and Network Ireland, will give a fully-funded growth opportunity to 30 female business owners from Northern Ireland and Ireland.

The initiative, which is backed by InterTradeIreland's Synergy program, aims to develop collaboration and strengthen ties between firms in both areas. "This is hopefully the first of many projects between our two organizations," Network Ireland President Emma Early Murphy said.

Roisin McDermott, Head of Entrepreneurship at Women in Business, stressed the collaboration's transformational potential. The initiative will run for six months, beginning in December, and will provide participants the opportunity to expand their enterprises not just on the island but also abroad. It will feature advice on developing leaders, increasing investments, and improving branding and marketing techniques.

The program will include away days and face-to-face workshops, as well as mentorship from EY Entrepreneur of the Year alumni. Entrepreneurs interested in this unique opportunity can apply until November 3rd. Grow It All Island aims to be a driving factor in the region's growth and success of women-led enterprises.
