Henry Schein Announces Sponsorship for Women in DSO Event, Empower and Grow 2023

A company will sponsor Erica Dhawan, a renowned expert on collaboration and innovation, as the keynote speaker. Best-selling author, dubbed "Oprah of Management Thinkers," ranked first among 2020's top female keynote speakers.

Henry Schein, Inc. Author and entrepreneur Erica Dhawan will be the keynote speaker at the 2023 Women in DSO event, "Empower and Grow 2023," taking place March 8–10 in Las Vegas at the Aria Resort and Casino. 

HSIC, the world's largest provider of healthcare solutions to office-based dental and medical practitioners, made the announcement. The official non-profit organization promoting the advancement of female leaders in dental support organizations is called Women in DSO (DSOs). 

On March 9, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, Erica will give a talk with an emphasis on teamwork and creativity. Internationally renowned as a prominent expert, speaker, and adviser on 21st-century cooperation, collaboration, and innovation is Erica Dhawan. She is the author of the books Get Big Things Done: The Power of Connectional Intelligence and Digital Body Language: How to Create Trust and Connection, No Matter the Distance, and has been dubbed by Thinkers50 as the "Oprah of Management Thinkers." 

Erica offers creative methods for releasing a team's collective potential, establishing a culture of trust over any distance, and fostering genuine involvement to maintain competition. Erica is regularly cited in Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal as one of the management thinkers most likely to influence corporate strategy and is ranked as the top female keynote speaker of 2020.
